Working with Sold on Sunday is a smart choice. You'll work with an experienced real estate agent who will remain by your side during the entire process of buying your next home, and we'll save you money, too. A lot of real estate agencies will assign one real estate agent to show you the properties, another agent to assist you in the home inspection and yet another real estate agent who negotiates your offer. Not us. You will have one real estate agent who will get to know you extremely well.

How You Save

Simply put, we can provide an equal or higher level of service than a traditional real estate agency for a lot less. We offer a buyer rebate; when your property closes, we will rebate 25% of our commission to you in cash. Based on a $400,000 house and a 2.5% buyer agent commission, that equals a $2,500 cash rebate!

Buying Your Next Home

We know that purchasing real estate is a big commitment, and your Sold on Sunday Real Estate Agent will show you as many properties as needed to find you the perfect home. We will do a complete market analysis prior to you making an offer and will always attempt to purchase the real estate property for as little as possible. We will negotiate hard on your behalf!

If we come to an agreement with the seller, we will avail you of our network of lenders, attorneys and home inspectors. We work with a great team of professionals!

Sold on Sunday will be with you at the home inspection, and if any issues arise, we will firmly negotiate them on your behalf. We always ensure that your good faith deposits and interests are protected. We will be with you at the final walk-through of the property and at your side at the closing table.

In summary, we will be with you from the first home you look at, all the way through closing!
