Sold on Sunday was founded for home buyers and sellers looking for alternatives to the traditional model of buying and selling residential real estate. The buyer and seller community still seeks experienced real estate professionals, but because the residential real estate industry transitioned to the Internet platform, this should be reflected in the overall commission price paid.

For home sellers, we charge either 2% or 3% to sell your property, and there are never any up-front costs or fees!

For homebuyers, we rebate 25% of our commission to you at closing.  We will be by your side for the entire home buying process!
